2008 Mourvèdre- Rosé
This is a dry dark Rosé with beautiful color. Light cranberry in the bouquet and early pallet with subtle notes of cherry and licorice in the finish. Enjoy slightly chilled with a fall feast, a light lunch of a turkey, cranberry and provolone sandwich or a bold spicy meal such as Molé at our local Latin restaurant South.

2008 Grenache
We hope you enjoy it as much as we have… It is especially delicious slightly chilled. Enjoy this red with lean meats, poultry and flavorful greens or simply as a Baroness glassful. 2006 Cab Merlot -Almost out
A big Cabernet Sauvignon blended beautifully with Merlot. This wine is extremely food friendly as well as wonderful to enjoy on its own. Try with a big piece of sirloin or with good cheese and fresh bread this is one of the Baroness favorites. Our local chocolate store Shocolat has some fabulous truffles to pair with this one.

Mountain Meritage
This is the Baroness’s third release of a Meritage blend. It has about a third of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Malbec. A blend of Horse Heaven Hills and Yakima valley vineyards-all from 2008. Just released it today.

2008 Merlot
A new release but the second of the Baronesses big bold Merlot. You will find old world structure with subtle tannins and aromas. It opens with a soft berry and bit of caramel and chocolate in the bouquet a little sweetness in the front pallet with nice acidity in the mid pallet. Pair with pasta in a nice cream sauce or with the Portabella, Gorgonzola and Walnut Crepe from our local restaurant Pavz.

Triple Crown Port
Our second Port…..A blend of 40% Barbera, 40% Tempranillo and 20% Zinfandel. It opens with coffee liquor and Madagascar vanilla on the nose with a silky smooth chocolate cherry jubilee on the body. Wonderful to pair with the candied Pecans from our local Almond Blossom’s.

2009 Late Harvest Muskat Ottonel
Original Austrian varietal, this was taken from the vine late in the fall season producing a lovely sweet wine with a sweet tangerine, ripe melon and honey suckle flavors. Great with soft cheese, fruit crepes or sipping it chilled on a hot day!

Engelwein-White Glühwien-(Serve Hot, Cold or Frozen!)
Engelwein is a White Glühwein served in the winter months along the Alsace region and Northern Germany. It is a Riesling with White Cranberries, Honey and spiced with ginger. Serve it just below a simmer and garnish with Cranberries and sliced Almonds, or straight from the fridge over ice, strawberries and pineapple or straight from the freezer!
